Why the data is used
Information is used to power public profiles, appointment requests, notifications, account support and platform integrity controls.
The platform is not designed as an advertising data resale system. Data is used to operate the service and support users.
Access and retention
Access is limited to the relevant users and to teams that need to intervene for maintenance, support, moderation or operational review.
Some records may be retained for appointment history, service continuity, incident investigation and auditability.
